Package Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all MAUVAIS tags and labels remain intact and the garment is unworn.
Generate Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Deliver your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
